RISE School offers unique internship opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and want to contribute their time to those who deserve it the most. Come, be a part of the initiative to provide equal learning opportunities to rural children on par with urban kids. We can provide an opportunity to Indian nationals/ international students /travelers /volunteers with different backgrounds to inspire, teach, experiment new ideas and help rural children learn new skills, experience life in a village and enjoy nature at its best.

Internship Opportunities

• Teaching English: Our children are mostly first-generation learners and require support to improve their English-speaking skills. English teaching interns will focus on speaking skills, inspiring the children to read and comprehend age appropriate texts and help them articulate their thoughts in English.
• Life skills trainer: Life skills curriculum is in place to train the children on personal, inter-personal, practical and social skills which makes an individual an effective member in society. Life skills trainer will be expected to conduct games and activities to train the students in life skills. One major component of life skills is to improve the awareness about institutions like Primary Health Center, Bank, and how to utilize their services through field visits and interaction with respective officials.
• Computer trainer: Our children should in no way lag behind their urban peers. Come, teach them to play with computers, browse, design and expand their horizon. We have laptops and projectors and broadband internet connectivity.
• Organic farming and entrepreneurship trainer: This role will provide you an opportunity to learn and implement organic farming practices in the school agricultural fields and train the students on the same. The aim is to reach the community through children. At present vegetable cultivation, coconut plantations, mango, guava, gooseberry, sapota plantations are being maintained in 7 acres. Based on your interest, more cultivable land can be made available.
